Something I did today to make a difference in my community was that I agreed to do the dishes tonight, although it was my brother's turn. The reason why I did this is because he had to go play basketball with his mates and if he washed the dishes, he might be late. I know I made a difference because if I did the dishes my brother, Austin, could quickly go off to where he needed to go.
I feel good that I am able to help out, and I also feel good because to make it up to me, Austin will do the dishes for me on Sunday. I guess Austin would feel good too because he got to have fun without washing the dishes.
